👋 Hi, I’m Blessing a Senior User Researcher with demonstrated expertise in planning, conducting, analysing and delivering successful rounds of UX Research for companies in the private and public sectors, and a background in academic research. I’m great at creating actionable UR insights and sharing timely UXR outputs with stakeholders.

🤝 I've volunteered as a mentor since 2018 and I enjoy mentoring because I believe that with some guidance, people can excel and achieve their career goals. See feedback from my mentee, who landed a job as a result of our mentoring sessions. They went on to excel in their job and become a team lead.

🚀 Feedback: The meetings gave me the confidence and the thought process to showcase my knowledge in an interview setting.
